No greater words could be spoken to us by Jesus.
“Your faith…” Not your works nor your worth. Not your parents nor your peers. Only humble, submissive faith in the work and worth of Jesus is what matters.
“…has saved you…” Neither my emotions nor my circumstances can change It. No accusation from without or from within can supersede it. My salvation is complete, whole, assured. Praise You, God!
“Go in peace.” I do not wait for eternal rest. I embrace it now. I do not need external quiet. I enact what is already true deep within.
No greater words could be spoken to us by Jesus. So we say to one another, “peace be with you.”
Today, hear Jesus’ voice speaking, “peace,” and look for ways to speak “peace” to others!
